Marlene Flett qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1974. She also obtained a diploma in Special Education at UNISA in 1976. She applied her knowledge in various ways in her work with children with physical, neurological, learning and emotional disabilities in government hospitals, schools and in private practice.

Esta Hansen is an intuitive and disciplined therapist. She obtained her Master’s degree in educational psychology (cum laude) from the University of Pretoria in 2010.
Esta’s time at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital and in the medico legal field were left behind when she discovered spontaneous healing and the power of SHIP®.

Dr Elna Schoeman-Steenkamp started her career as a Speech Therapist and Audiologist. She realised that there are very often underlying emotional problems that need to be addressed before healing can take place. She furthered her studies in Psychology and obtained a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pretoria in 1985. Dr Irene Strydom completed two Master’s degrees in Educational Psychology (1991) and Guidance and Counselling (1999) at UNISA, both with distinction and received performance awards from UNISA for both these degrees. In 1995 she received her Doctorate from UNISA.
